First up, for our Luggage Review Testing Process we check the weight. We weigh each case empty because, let’s be honest, nobody wants a suitcase that’s already half their baggage allowance. Then we eyeball it to make sure it's not gonna give you a workout just lifting it into the overhead bin. Zippers get their own workout too – if they're stiff, you’ll hear about it!
